Our two vacation homes are basically equally structured, just one of them has a balcony towards the south and the other one as an attic flat a "gaupe". The balcony apartment can be rented since May 2009, the attic flat is available since October 2009.

The most important things in brief:

• about 65 m² for 2 up to 5 persons
• kitchen-cum-living room with stove (ceran), oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, water digester, toaster, hand mixer...
• satellite television
• telephone (with an own number)
• bedroom with double-bed (optionally with a baby bed)
• children's room with 3 beds, one of them a floor bed
• bath with a shower, a separate toilet
• also suitable for persons suffering from an allergy (no carpet)
• view of the alpine panorama (among other things to Zugspitze)
• your own front door

Domestic animals may not stay in our dwellings!
Additionally we ask our guests not to smoke in the dwelling!

A washing machine is available.
The bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
Fresh organic milk, home-made quark, frozen beef from our own slaughtering and eggs from unsolicited chickens are available on the farm.
